Ingredients
- 20g of your Silaf beans
- 350ml hot water 89-92°C
Tools needed
- V60 dripper
- v60 filters
- Coffee grinder
- Server
- Kettle
- Scale
Instructions
1. heat 350 ml of water 90-92°C
2. grind 20g of your Silaf beans (skip if you use ground coffee)
3. Add filter and wash it with warm water. And put the server and V60 on the scale
4. Discard the water in the server, add the ground coffee, and tare the scale.
5. Add 40 g of water (2x of coffee weight) and wait 30 seconds for the blooming phase.
6. Add water until the total weight reaches 200 g (10x of coffee weight) wait till the water goes down
7. Add water until the total weight reaches 300g (15x of coffee weight) wait till the water goes down
8. Into the cup it goes. Enjoy :)
