New season. New identity.

New traced coffees, a refined identity system, and a milestone for the roastery.

The lineup

Sold out. Retired. A new lineup arrives.

We would like to share an important update with our community: our previous coffee crops are now officially sold out and have been retired.

Every season marks a new chapter for us, and this one arrives with greater clarity, stronger intention, and a deeper commitment to what Silaf stands for.

A carefully selected new lineup has arrived, chosen with purpose, sourced with care, and built around the values that matter most to us: consistency, quality, and traceability.

This is not simply a restock. It is a step forward.

Silaf is now an SCA Approved Roastery — a milestone that reflects our commitment to education, excellence, and the standards of specialty coffee.

The milestone

A milestone, a responsibility

This recognition places us among a limited number of roasteries in the region to hold this distinction, and it represents more than a title.

It reflects a deeper responsibility: to continue refining our craft, honoring quality, and serving our community with care. We see this as a proud step, and an even stronger reason to keep improving.

Traceability

Traced, chosen, Q-graded

Our new coffees were not selected casually. Each bean in this lineup was chosen very carefully, with quality and cup character at the center of the process.

The new lineup has been selected by a qualified Q Grader, ensuring that each offering meets a high standard of evaluation, taste, and integrity. This means more than just good coffee: it means coffees selected with professional judgment, with attention to origin, profile, and overall quality.

At Silaf, we believe great coffee begins with trust, and trust begins with traceability.

Identity

A shared strap, and two of their own

As Silaf grows, our identity grows with it. Our two most premium coffees now carry their own individual straps, visual identities designed to reflect each coffee's origin, flavor and character.

For the rest of our house coffees we are introducing a shared signature strap, a unified identity that reflects the foundation of the brand and the values behind it. This system allows each coffee to belong to the same family while still giving our most premium selections their own distinct expression.

It is a visual thread that brings the family together, and it carries forward to future Silaf products beyond coffee.

The shared strap

One thread, the whole family

Our new shared strap is more than a visual detail. It is a symbol of the values we want every Silaf product to carry forward: consistency, quality, and traceability.

While our premium coffees receive individual bands that tell their own stories, the shared strap serves as a unifying identity for the rest of the lineup, and for future Silaf products beyond coffee.

In closing

More than a product

At Silaf, we believe coffee is more than a product. It is ritual. It is craft. It is origin made tangible.

This new chapter reflects the path we are building — one shaped by thoughtful selection, refined identity, and a continued commitment to doing things with care.

Thank you for being part of the journey.
