Shipping and Delivery:

As part of Silaf’s commitment to providing the best delivery services, we have partnered with various shipping companies. Silaf reserves the right to change or update delivery providers as needed. After order confirmation and payment, the first party (Silaf) will prepare and deliver the order within a maximum period of 14 official working days, from Sunday to Thursday.

Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 2 official working days at Coffee Crops’ warehouses.

At the customer’s request, the second party’s order may be stored for a maximum of two weeks after order approval and full payment. Responsibility for the goods transfers from the first party to the second party after the two-week period. The first party will take all reasonable care of the goods, but if they remain for over three weeks, a storage fee of 0.5 OMR per day will be charged.

Shipping within the Sultanate of Oman:

The first party guarantees to ship orders, issue a tracking number, and hand them over to the courier within 1–5 official working days after payment is received and confirmed.

Delivery time within the Sultanate ranges from 1 official working day up to 10 official working days after the order is confirmed and prepared (excluding preparation days).

In most regions across the Sultanate, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 working days, though it may extend up to 10 working days in hard-to-reach or remote areas.

Any delay in receiving or delivering the shipment is outside the responsibility of the first party. Customers are kindly advised to contact the shipping company directly in such cases.

• If the customer fails to receive the shipment and it is returned to us, and the customer later requests it again, shipping fees will be charged again in addition to the original shipping fees.

Shipping outside the Sultanate of Oman:

Delivery outside the Sultanate typically takes 3 to 15 official working days after the order is confirmed and prepared (excluding preparation days).
