We Are Seven Brothers

We're seven brothers. Every weekend, same thing: find a café, try something new, hope it's good. Most of the time it wasn't. Bad coffee, handled carelessly, sold like it didn't matter.

Abdullah got tired of complaining about it and started Silaf. He's SCA certified and he roasts everything we sell. If a coffee doesn't make it past him, you'll never see it.

Zuhair is our Creative Director and Head of Product, author of the Miyabi Collection and the Silaf Gazette, the hand behind our merch and artwork, and the mind behind our matcha.

This is a family business, and we mean it literally. Same brothers, same ritual, just done properly now.
